In each Feldenkrais® class Ifátólú guides you verbally through specific slow, gentle and integrated movement patterns – Awareness Through Movement® lessons. Each lesson invites you to “go in and in” deeper within yourself, exploring novel ways to move with greater ease, supported by the seamless union (“yoga”) of the breath & the bones. The Feldenkrais® method is a powerful practice of neuromuscular re-patterning; opening the way for you to experience greater physical ease, flexibility and strength; deeper, more expansive drishti (internal kinesthetic awareness) & equanimity; and a wider range of possibilities when engaging in any learning activity.
In the Feldenkrais® method, soft, gentle movements become a practice of healing and joyous self-discovery – come experience it for yourself!
