This class blends meditative practice for the cultivation of mental clarity with sensory delights and deep healing from the purest clear crystal quartz singing bowls in the world. Each Sound Bath consists of a guided meditation, crystal bowl sound therapy, and the deeply soothing sounds of human voice in harmony with the singing bowls. This is not an asana practice, and is appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided, but feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable in an extended savasana (corpse) pose, or seated meditation. Space is limited & preregistration is recommended

PART 1 - Essential Oils Basics: Learn how to safely use essential oils, discover some of the amazing benefits they can provide, and explore how to include essential oils into your everyday life. There will be plenty of oils for you to smell and test for yourself! Drop-in: $20

PART 2 - Essential Oils for Stress, Rest, and Sleep: Find out how to use oils for rest, relaxation, and improving sleep.  Discover ways to incorporate oils into your daily yoga and meditation practice to help you increase your focus and calm your mind.  We’ll finish the class with a 15-minute restorative pose and relaxation.  (This workshop topic subject to change based on attendee’s suggestions.) Drop-in: $20

 PART 3 - Essential Oil DIY: Get ready for the holidays and learn how to make some simple gifts for friends and family!  We’ll discuss how to make and use essential oils for yourself or as a gift for self-care.  There will be multiple recipes for you to explore, and plenty of oils for you to choose from. You will make and go home with your own body scrub plus your choice of roll-on or spray bottle. Preregistration required for this workshop: $35 (includes supplies)
