YOGA FUNDAMENTALS: A 5-WEEK BEGINNERS' SERIES

This beginners' series will comfortably ground you in the basics of yoga, approaching the practice from the broadest perspective and dipping into its philosophy, meaning, and purpose. The use of props will be encouraged to help make a pose (asana) attainable and create greater ease. We will also work with the breath, voice, meditation, and restorative poses. Handouts will be provided to reinforce the concepts and remember the postures. Come with an open mind, an empty belly, and clothes you can move in. Mats and props are provided by the studio. Space is still available and individual class drop-ins are welcome. Drop-in rate is $20 paid at time of class by cash or check only.

Ever been curious about using Essential Oils and Aromatherapy? Here’s your opportunity to learn more with yoga instructor and DoTerra Wellness Advocate, Valerie Jew. On April 1, we'll explore the basics of Essential Oils and ways to use them. April 8, we'll focus on emotional well-being and oil blends which address our moods and emotional health. These classes are FREE (donations accepted) and all are welcome. An array of oils will be available and you'll get to take home a sample too!
