In this workshop, we will dive into the depths of the winter solstice through movement and stillness. We will explore the energy of the Kidneys and the Water Element through specific exercises. This workshop is for both beginning and intermediate students. Wear comfortable clothing and come prepared for movement time both inside the studio and outside by the bay (weather permitting).

Easy and effective self-massage with the tools address each major area of the body and teach you how to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and augment your favorite movement practice—from yoga to cycling to gardening. No yoga experience required; all are welcome!
VISION BOARD CREATION WORKSHOP

Join Tianna in creating your very own vision board in a supportive environment. Let’s call it a vision map. A map to guide you to live each day by the way you want to feel and the goals you want to achieve. We'll start with a short simple yoga practice (breath with movement), which will include a guided meditation to stimulate your creative "visionary-making-mind." Then, spend the remaining time cutting out images and words out of magazines and gluing them to your poster board. Why? To create an image designed to guide you towards your ultimate you, based on the way you want to feel in life. Why not? It's fun. How long has it been since you cut things up and glued them? Creativity will fly!
Magazines (you are welcome to bring your own too), scissors, glue sticks, and poster board will be supplied. This is a free event – donations are welcome. Click here to register and for more information. All are welcome.
